On March 20, 2024, relevant leaders and experts of China Urban Rail Transit Association, Tianjin High-tech Zone Management Committee, Municipal Communications Commission, Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University and relevant leaders of our company attended the "Green Intelligence Integration Demonstration Project Review Meeting of Flexible traction power Supply System based on Energy Router and Collaborative Control". The project successfully passed the review and was officially launched.


Ding Shukui, vice president of China Urban Rail Transit Association, pointed out that this project is the only green urban rail demonstration project that has passed the strict review process and selected the best equipment demonstration project. The project has three advantages: 1. It is very suitable for the green urban rail action plan; 2. In line with the industry consensus, clearly show the key points; 3. The project foundation is good, Tianjin Jinjing Line provides a favorable demonstration scene, the team carries out the joint application of industry, university and research, and Huakai Electric provides a full power test platform. Finally, President Ding put forward several suggestions for the implementation of the project: 1. According to the requirements of the demonstration project of the association, establish a long-term and stable guidance group for the whole process of tracking, and give full play to the role of the expert guidance group to provide professional guidance and consultation for the project; 2. Do a good job of docking according to the requirements of demonstration projects; 3. Build the "Jinjing Line" into a complete line, continue to extend the standard of green lines, and strive to become the first batch of high-star demonstration line standards in the industry.


Professor Lu Chao, deputy director of the electrical machinery Department of Tsinghua University, pointed out that Tianjin Rail Transit Group's choice of Jinjing urban (suburban) railway to do the green intelligence integration demonstration project combining energy router and collaborative control is an important innovative work, and will form the first complete set of equipment for distributed photovoltaic access flexible and direct collaborative control system in China. It is a beneficial attempt in the field of rail transit to integrate green intelligence in high-end equipment and new energy, to explore new quality productivity, and the demonstration project can achieve double improvement in economy and reliability. It can further form new industrial equipment and bring new momentum to the development of the industry.


Li Wei, deputy director of the Management Committee of Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone, and Chen Xu, deputy general manager of Tianjin Rail Group, made wonderful speeches at the launch meeting, and spoke highly of the demonstration project. This demonstration project, as a key project of green intelligence integration and first trial, based on the first section of Tianjin Central City to Jinghai City (suburban) railway project, follows the principle of safety and reliability, develops a multi-port energy router integrating traction power supply, regenerative braking, photovoltaic DC grid connection, and develops intelligent collaborative control technology, from theoretical research to engineering practice. Form a new generation of urban rail flexible DC traction power supply system that can be copied, used for reference and promoted, and achieve high-quality and sustainable development of urban rail traction power supply system. After the meeting, leaders and experts at all levels visited the company to visit the demonstration project laboratory platform and made in-depth exchanges and guidance.
